TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Market

  • Exclusive Gems, Jaipur is a purely Business-to-Business company. We do not operate any website, jewellery company or sister company which compete in the same market.

  • Most local traders in Jaipur purchase gemstones from us - either directly or indirectly due to our wide exposure. When we deal directly, lowest prices are guaranteed.

Sale Process

  • You share your requirements with us on Whatsapp (+91-7023109697) or Email (office@exclusivegems.uk).

  • We share the gemstones from our current inventory in the range and weight that you have mentioned.

  • Once you short-list a product, it is sent to your office/showroom through our local office. Our team member will come and deliver the gemstones. Local offices are at Delhi, Mumbai, Surat, Dubai, London, Hong Kong, Milan and Sydney.

  • In case, the gemstones are finalised, payment terms will be finalised. In case, the gemstones are not finalised, gemstones will be collected by us.

  • We do not charge any holding charge, courier fee or any cost for just viewing the gemstones as we have the strongest office network in India and overseas.
